Do naps help or hurt for you? I've heard it both ways, and I'm curious what people here have found.
I work from home, which means I can grab a quick nap whenever I want in between virtual meetings. I find that anything over 20 minutes leaves me groggy and sluggish, but anything less is a nice mental reset.
I also find that sometimes a quick walk has the same net effect. I feel more alert and stable.
